YOUR ONLINE DEGREE, EXPLAINED

Privacy policy

Counselling is optional. Contact details are collected only after explicit consent; calculators and comparison tools do not require them. Under-18 requests must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.

What information is collected and why

When you submit a counselling or contact request, the site stores your name, phone, email, course interest, city, optional / required contact message, request reference, submission time and the consent wording. The purpose is to review and respond to your request, including through phone, email or WhatsApp.

Consent boxes are never preselected. A separate confirmation asks whether you are 18 or older or the parent/legal guardian submitting the request. No Aadhaar, academic record, payment-card details, passwords or OTPs are collected by these forms.

Optional use and children

You may use searches, filters, guides and all tools without submitting the form. Calculator, quiz and comparison inputs remain in the page and are not inserted into the counselling database. No advertising tracker is added by this build. Hosting services may process operational request logs under their own policies.

Students below 18 should use the information with a parent or guardian and have that adult submit any contact request. The form’s age/guardian attestation is not a verified parental-consent identity workflow. This site does not claim that an unchecked identity attestation establishes complete statutory compliance.

Storage, access and retention

Requests are stored in the site’s database for the portal owner’s review. They are not automatically emailed to a university or sold by this site. Contact with associates or third-party marketing is not covered by the request consent. Any new purpose would require its own applicable notice and consent process.

Records older than 90 days are removed when a subsequent request is processed. This is a cleanup-on-submission policy, not a guarantee that a background deletion job runs on day 90. You can delete your request earlier with its reference and email below. Hosting and database services support the site and may process data to provide those services.

Your choices and requests

Use the self-service form below to withdraw consent and delete a matching request immediately. Keep the reference private because it is used with your email to authorise deletion. If you made multiple requests, delete each one separately.

For a correction, access enquiry or grievance, use the Contact form and choose the data-correction / privacy option. Do not include more personal information than needed. The portal owner must review these requests; no external grievance-officer email or response deadline is invented.

India privacy notice and policy changes

This notice provides clear purpose, voluntary consent, withdrawal and deletion choices intended for an Indian audience. Operational compliance also depends on the site operator, current applicable law and any later business processes. It is not a legal certification of compliance with the DPDP framework.

Policy version: 7 October 2026. If the purpose, recipients or retention process changes, update this notice and the form consent before collecting data under the new terms.

Withdraw consent & delete a request

Use the reference shown after form submission and the email used in that request. Keep the reference private. This deletion covers that request; submit each reference separately if you made several.
